RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (Meeting)

All resolutions put to Members at today's Meeting were duly passed on a poll.  The resolution proxy votes will be provided on the Group's website, www.d4t4solutions.com. 

DIVIDEND

Following shareholder approval at today's AGM the final dividend of 2.3p will be paid on 13 September 2019 to Members that were on the Register at the close of business on 9 August 2019.  The Company remains committed to a progressive dividend policy. It is the Board's intention to declare future dividends based on the overall Company performance whilst balancing its investments for future growth.
