Result of Annual General Meeting 

D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4t4, "the Company", "the Group" or "D4t4"), the AIM-listed data solutions provider, confirms that all resolutions proposed at today's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") were duly passed on a poll.

Following shareholder approval at today's AGM, the final dividend of 2.15 pence per share will be paid on 25 August 2023 to all shareholders on the register as at close of business on 21 July 2023.
