Result of General Meeting

D4t4 Solutions Plc, the AIM-listed data solutions provider, confirms that all resolutions proposed at today's General Meeting ("GM") were duly passed on a poll.

Full details of the voting results will be available on the Group's website at www.d4t4solutions.com.

Following shareholder approval at today's GM, the Company will proceed to make the necessary applications to change the name of the Company to Celebrus Technologies plc. A further announcement will be made in due course to confirm the final timings of the change.
