Trading update

and Notice of results

D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4t4), specialists in data platform solutions, is pleased to provide the following trading update.

Financial highlights*

·    Group revenue in HY1 increased 194% to £13.95m (HY1 2017: £4.75m), marking a return as expected to a more normal trading cycle following the unusual phasing seen last year

·    Adjusted profit** is expected to be comfortably in line with management expectations

·    Strong net cash position of £12.19m, reflecting the cash inflow after the year end

*The trading performance reported in this statement is based on unaudited management accounts

**Adjusted for amortisation of acquired intangibles, share based payment charges and foreign exchange gains

Operational highlights

·    Our strategic partnerships have moved forward, and we have strengthened our relationships with Teradata, Pegasystems and SAS

·    Completed delivery of v8.19 of our Celebrus Customer Data platform product, features include: o  Integration with Adobe Analytics, Custom audience connector for Facebook & Google users

o  Additional features for open source analytics with extended Hadoop support for Apache Hive

·    Based on our organic business, recent business wins and the depth and quality of the pipeline we remain confident about our prospects

Geographic expansion

·    HY1 International sales represented 89% of total sales, up from 60% compared to HY12017

·    Continued investment in north America in the technical support and pre-sales areas

·    Our focus on existing and new strategic partnerships rewarded through growth

Peter Kear, CEO of D4t4 Solutions, commented:
