D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4T4) announces that on 21 March 2019, it purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be held in treasury, pursuant to the share buy-back announced on 21 March 2019.

Highest price paid per ordinary share:	235.73 pence
Lowest price paid per ordinary share:	235.73 pence
Volume weighted average price paid per ordinary share:	235.73 pence

Pursuant to the above transactions, the Company advises that its issued share capital remains as 39,700,889 Ordinary Shares, with 468,880 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights of the Company is 39,232,009.

The above voting rights figure of 39,232,009 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
