Claims Direct plc ('the Company')
Claims Direct plc announces that 111,112 new ordinary shares have been issued
pursuant to the exercise of options. Paul Rew and Kathryn Green, both former
employees of the Company, have both exercised options over 55,556 ordinary
shares of 1p each granted to each of them under option agreements dated 5 July
2000.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
issued ordinary shares of the Company. Application will be made to the UK
Listing Authority for the admission to the Official List of the ordinary
shares and to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of those shares for
trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities. It is
expected that such admission will become effective and that dealings will
commence on 17 July 2001.
Following the issue of the ordinary shares, there will be 193,979,752 ordinary
shares of 1p each in issue.
