Further to the Notice of AGM RNS released on 16 October 2015, the Company announces that Shareholders based in the United Kingdom are invited to attend a video conference of the AGM at the offices of Charles Russell Speechlys LLP at 6 New Street Square, London EC4A 3LX. The AGM is to be held at 9.00 a.m. (UK time) on 16 November 2015 at 65 Kampong Bahru Road, Singapore 169370.
