DIRECTORS' DEALING

CLA announces that interests associated with Mr. Jeff Chatfield, Epsom Assets Ltd, has sold 20,000 shares in the Company on market at a price of 16p on 12 December.

Mr Chatfield's remaining interest is a deemed interest by virtue of his holding in Avation Plc which currently holds 50,100,000 shares.
