Capital Lease Aviation Plc (LSE: CLA), the aircraft leasing company, announces that on 18 December 2014, Peter Freeman, a non-executive director, sold 110,000 ordinary shares at a price of 20.5p pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Freeman holds direct and indirect interests in 2,500 shares in the Company, representing 0.0026 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
