                            Disposal of Sailpool Ltd

Claims Direct is pleased to announce the disposal of Sailpool Ltd. Sailpool, a
non-trading subsidiary of Claims Direct, will be sold for the consideration of
£1.65 million cash after costs. The net asset value of Sailpool at the date of
sale was zero. Claims Direct will use the proceeds from the sale for working
capital purposes.

Ronnie Henderson, Chief Executive of Claims Direct commented:

'We are delighted to complete the sale of Sailpool and the injection of cash
will be used as working capital for a number of ongoing projects.'
