Holdings in the Company

The Company announces that it has been informed by Avation PLC ("AVAP") that, on 20 January 2012, AVAP acquired 10,662,112 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") from Oceanwood Global Opportunities Master Fund ("Oceanwood MF").

The consideration for the Share Swap was the issue and allotment to Oceanwood MF of 1,647,781 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of AVAP.

Following completion of the acquisition AVAP holds 60,762,112 ordinary shares in the Company representing 62.07% of its issued share capital and Oceanwood MF no longer holds any shares in the Company.
