                               LEASE OF AIRCRAFT



The Board of CLA, the AIM quoted aircraft leasing company, advises that it has
completed the lease of one Fokker 100 jet aircraft to Skywest Airlines Pty Ltd
('Skywest'), a major regional airline in Australia.



HIGHLIGHTS



•         The aircraft has been leased at the rate of USD $100,000 per month
plus reserves;



•         The term of the lease is 60 months;



•         The aircraft is required to support a capacity increase as is required
by Skywest;



•         Skywest's fleet management have inspected the Fokker 100 jet and found
it to be satisfactory. With delivery having taken place, the aircraft has been
entered onto the Australian aircraft register on Skywest Air Operators
Certificate.



CLA currently owns three Fokker F100 passenger jet aircraft and one Airbus A320
which it leases to a large US domestic carrier.



Commenting on the transaction, Jeff Chatfield, Executive Chairman, said:



'We are pleased to have leased our third aircraft out to Skywest as it means
that CLA's entire portfolio is generating income for the Company. CLA continues
to seek opportunities to expand its global reach by purchasing aircraft assets
which can be leased to airlines from any number of jurisdictions.'
