PUBLICATION OF FINAL AUDITED RESULTS

Capital Lease Aviation PLC(LSE: CLA), the aircraft leasing company, advises that its final results for the year ending 30 June 2014 have been audited and are published on the Company website at www.cl-aviation.com

During the period between 30 June 2014 and the date of audit completion and results publication the Company received end of lease cash compensation from an airline customer in respect of one 25 year old aircraft. The audited accounts were updated to reflect the difference between the lower actual amount of cash received and that which had been anticipated to be received. The net effect of this change is to reduce Capital Lease Aviation's consolidated profit after tax by $516,179 compared with the unaudited results.
