                      Board Changes


Claims  Direct  plc ('Claims Direct'),  the  UK  personal
injury  specialist, today announces the following changes
to its Board with immediate effect.

Paul   Doona,  currently  Finance  Director,   has   been
appointed   Managing  Director  of   the   Group   whilst
continuing  to  exercise  his existing  responsibilities,
supported by Lee Brittain, Group Financial Controller.

David  Gravell,  who  joined Claims  Direct  from  Zurich
Insurance,  becomes Chief Operating Officer reporting  to
Paul  Doona.  Mr Gravell continues to take responsibility
for  day-to-day  liaison with the  Panel  Solicitors  and
franchise  network  that  are  key  to  Claims   Direct's
proposition.  He will also continue to lead the company's
response  and discussions with the insurance industry  on
the issue of recoverability of insurance premiums.

Colin  Poole,  formerly  Chief Executive  of  the  Group,
becomes  Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of the  Group  and
will   assist   in   the  evaluation  of   new   business
opportunities,   including  potential  acquisitions   and
mergers,  enabling the Board to continue to draw  on  his
knowledge and experience.

These  changes  reflect the continuing evolution  of  the
existing  business, allowing greater focus to be  brought
to  bear  on  operational issues,  whilst  retaining  the
ability to consider future strategic opportunities.
