                           Resignation of Director

Claims Direct plc announces today that, as indicated in its Trading Statement
and Board Changes announcement dated 25 January 2001, Paul Rew, has resigned
as of 28 February 2001, as Legal Director and Company Secretary.  Paul Doona,
Finance Director, will absorb the role of Company Secretary.
