Admission to trading on GXG Main Quote market, First Day of Dealing

The  Directors  of Crossword Cybersecurity plc are pleased to announce that the Company's  Ordinary  Shares
were admitted to trading on GXG's Main Quote market at 8.00am today.

Crossword Cybersecurity is a technology commercialisation company focusing exclusively on the cyber
security sector.

We work with research intensive European university partners to identify promising cyber security
intellectual property ("IP") from research that our industry partners tell us meet emerging real-world
challenges.

Our  specialist cyber security software engineering team work with our university partners to  develop  the
research concept into a fully-fledged commercial product that we will then take to market.

Prior  to  admission  the shareholders have subscribed for 1,000,000 ordinary shares  at  par  raising  GBP
50,000, 275,000 ordinary shares at GBP 0.545454 per share raising GBP 150,000, and finally 171,875 ordinary
shares at GBP 1.454545 per share raising GBP 250,000.

On admission there are 1,446,875 ordinary shares in issue.

The Ordinary Shares will trade under the ticker 'GXG: CCP' and the Company's ISIN code is GB00BPFJXS57.
