LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwired - Oct. 17, 2014) - Crossword Cybersecurity Plc (the "Company") (GXG:CCP)
the GXG Main Quote listed company with ISIN GB00BPFJXS57 wishes to announce that in order to satisfy demand for
the Company's shares and allow an orderly market to exist there has been a further sale of shares by Tom Ilube,
a director of the Company.
The Company was been notified on 16 October 2014 that Mr Ilube sold 5,700 Ordinary shares at a price of GBP
1.70 per share.
As a result Mr Ilube now has an interest in 1,163,175 Ordinary shares representing 80.39% of the Company's
share capital.
