Mr Eric Riley, a director of the Company, notified the Company on 3 September 2012 that on 31 August 2012 he acquired 477 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each under the Company's scrip dividend reinvestment scheme at a notional price of 34.0p per share. Mr Riley's total holding of Ordinary Shares increases to 77,805 shares, representing 0.09% of the class.
