Directors Dealing
Celtic plc ('the Company') was notified on 23 April 2007 that the Tom Allison
Retirement Benefit Scheme, a connected person of the Company's non-executive
Director, Tom Allison, acquired 125,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the
capital of the Company, at a price of 57 pence per share on 20 April 2007. Mr
Allison is a beneficiary of the retirement scheme.
Following the transaction, Mr Allison will be interested, directly as an
individual and through this connected person, in 455,000 Ordinary Shares
representing 0.56% of the issued capital in that class and 0.46% of overall
voting rights.
