Celtic plc received the following notifications on 2nd March 2007:

   •Pearse John Flynn disposed of 800,000 Convertible Preferred Ordinary
    Shares of £1 each on 23 February 2007.

   •S G Hambros Trust Company (Channel Islands) Limited as Trustee of The
    John Keane No 3 Trust 1991 became interested on 23 February 2007 in 625,000
    Convertible Preferred Ordinary Shares of £1 each, to be registered in the
    name of Hanom 1 Limited, as nominee.

Mr Flynn's holding was held by Natwest FIS Nominees Limited, as nominee and
represented 4.44% of the shares in that class.

The holding acquired by SG Hambros Trust Company (Channel Islands) Limited
represents 3.47% of the shares in that class.
