Board Update

Further to the announcement released on 18 February 2020 relating to the proposed appointment of Lisa Gordon as as an Independent Non-Executive Director and to the position of Chairman of the Company, the Board is pleased to confirm that Lisa's appointment has now received regulatory approval from the Financial Conduct Authority. Lisa will join the Board immediately following the Company's Annual General Meeting on 25 June 2020.

The only change to the information previously supplied on 18 February 2020 as required under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules is that since that date Lisa has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of M&C Saatchi plc.
