Director and PDMR Shareholdings - Grant of Awards
under the annual Deferred Bonus Scheme
Cenkos has as an annual Deferred Bonus Scheme (the "Scheme") whereby all employees, including executive directors of the Company, are granted a restricted share award (the "Awards") over ordinary shares in the Company. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Scheme, the Awards will vest in three equal tranches over the first, second and third anniversaries from the date of the grant of the Awards. On 8 April 2021 Awards had been made to all employees in respect of the performance year ended 31 December 2020 under the Scheme. Julian Morse and Jim Durkin, executive directors of the Company, were awarded 266,047 and 106,418 Ordinary shares, respectively.
The notifications below are made in accordance with the requirements of the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596) which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended and supplemented from time to time, and provide further details in relation to the award of these ordinary shares to the executive directors and to other PDMR's in the Company.
