The Company announces that on 1 April 2014 Gerry Aherne the Non-executive Chairman of the Company transferred 21,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company that he held into his ISA account. This sale was undertaken at 171.0p and the purchase was undertaken at 171.15p.

Mr. Aherne's total interest in the Company remains unchanged at 28,500 ordinary shares of 1 penny each.
