Grant of Options under Company Share Option Plan and Director/PDMR Shareholdings

Cenkos announces that on 26 March 2021 the Company granted 40,000 options at an option price of 73.5p over the ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Julian Morse, an Executive Director of the Company, under the Company's Share Option Plan - Part I (HMRC approved). A number of options under Part I (HMRC approved) and Part II (unapproved) were also granted to a number of PDMRs. These options will vest after three years if the total shareholder return ("TSR") growth measurement over the three year period exceeds 35%. 

The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596) which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended and supplemented from time to time , provide further detail.
