Appointment of an Independent Non-Executive Director

Cenkos Securities plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Oliver Ellingham to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1984 Oliver joined Robert Fleming's Corporate Finance department where he worked for eleven years.  Following this he spent two years at Charterhouse Bank, again in the Corporate Finance Department before he joined BNP Paribas in 1997. At BNP Paribas he held the position as Head of Corporate Finance for Europe.  He was also a member of the BNP Paribas UK Executive Committee. Oliver retired from BNP Paribas in 2007 and became a non-executive director of Vislink plc and Notting Hill Housing Trust.  He is also the Chairman and Owner of Woking Storage Solutions Limited.     

Oliver will also be appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committees.
