Placing of ordinary shares by founder Andy Stewart and Directors Interests

Cenkos Securities plc ("the Company") announces that it has today placed 7,636,706 ordinary shares in the Company owned by founder, Andy Stewart and 200,000 ordinary shares controlled by his Charitable Trust, the Andy Stewart Charitable Foundation, at 107.50 pence per share.

Andy Stewart and the Charitable Trust will continue to hold 8,529,964 and 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company respectively, representing in aggregate approximately 12.13 per cent of the issued share capital. Andy Stewart has entered into a binding lock in agreement with the Company restricting him and his Charitable Trust from dealing in these shares until 20 October 2011 (subject to usual exceptions).

Included within the placees of these shares are Simon Melling, Chief Executive Officer of the Company and two of the Company's non-executive directors, Oliver Ellingham and Jeff Hewitt, who have acquired respectively 50,000, 30,000 and 4,650 ordinary shares.

Following this placing the beneficial interests in the ordinary share capital of the Company of these directors is:
