Further to the Company's announcement of 19 October 2017, the Company announces that FCA approval of Andrew Boorman's appointment as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company has now been received. As a result, Mr. Boorman's appointment as an Independent Non-Executive Director has now become effective.
