Partial disposal of shareholding in Cenkos Channel Islands Limited
Cenkos Securities today announces that it has entered into a placing agreement,
dated 6 December 2007, with Ozannes Securities Limited and Cenkos Channel
Islands Limited ('Cenkos CI') for the disposal of 1,400,000 ordinary shares in
Cenkos Channel Islands Limited, representing 14 per cent. of Cenkos CI's issued
share capital. The disposal is expected to generate £1,400,000 for Cenkos
Securities. Completion of the placing of these ordinary shares is conditional
upon, inter alia, admission of Cenkos CI to the Channel Islands Stock Exchange.
Following this disposal, Cenkos Securities will hold 50% of the issued share
capital in Cenkos CI. Completion is expected to occur later this week.
