Total Voting Rights

In  accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Cenkos Securities plc
('the  Company')  confirms  that  its  issued  share  capital  consists  of
72,593,670 shares in issue, comprising 53,909,370 ordinary shares of 1 pence
each which are admitted to trading on AIM, and 18,684,300 B shares of 1 pence
each which are not admitted to trading on AIM.  All shares have equal voting
rights.


There are no shares held in treasury.

The total number of shares attracting voting rights in the Company is therefore
72,593,670.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure
and Transparency Rules.
