                  Amendment to Annual Report and Accounts 2002

An error has been found in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year
ended 30 June 2002, released under RNS number 7768B on 30 September 2002. The
error relates to details of issued options as at 23 August 2002, which appear on
Page 41 of the Annual Report and Accounts.

The correct details are set out below.
