DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING 

The Company has been informed that Stuart Bottomley, a director of the Company, yesterday sold 400,000 ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') for total consideration of GBP 162,769. The proceeds from this sale will be used, in part, to fund the conversion of Mr Bottomley's 500,000 employee options at an exercise price of A$0.4355.

Following this sale, Mr Bottomley's holdings and those of his connected persons in the share capital of the Company are as follows:-

The total Ordinary Shares in which Mr Stuart Bottomley has a beneficial interest is 2,400,000 representing 0.27 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
