DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING 

The Company has been informed that Ballina Group Pty Ltd ATF The Ballina Superannuation Fund, the superannuation fund of Mr Colin Cowden, a director of the Company, today purchased 50,000 ordinary fully paid shares in the share capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of A$0.87 per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Cowden's holdings in the share capital of the Company are as follows:-

Notes: (1) Mr Cowden owns 50% of the shares,  (2) Mr Cowden owns 39.87% of the shares

The total Ordinary Shares in which Mr Colin Cowden has a beneficial interest is 653,626 representing 0.07 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
