DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING

Mr Stuart Bottomley, a director of the Company, exercised 500,000 unquoted employee options on 30 September 2008. As a result, 500,000 ordinary shares have today been issued and allotted at an exercise price of A$0.4355 per share.

Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company and trading of these shares on AIM is expected to commence on 7 October 2008.

The total number of Ordinary Shares on issue following this issue is 879,019,163.

Following this transaction, Mr Bottomley's holdings and those of his connected persons in the share capital of the Company are as follows:-
