DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING 

The Company was informed that Black Cat Holdings Pty Ltd, a company in which Mr Colin Cowden, a director of the Company, has a 50 per cent interest, today purchased 25,000 ordinary shares at A$1.27 each in the share capital of the Company.

Following this purchase, Mr Cowden's holdings in the share capital of the Company are as follows:-

Notes: (1) Mr Cowden owns 50% of the shares,  (2) Mr Cowden owns 39.87% of the shares

The total Ordinary Shares in which Mr Colin Cowden has a beneficial interest is 603,626 representing 0.07 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
