DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING 

The Company wishes to advise that it has today issued 1,000,000 unquoted employee options with an exercise price of A$1.00 to Mr Trevor Stanley Schultz, a director of the Company. The unquoted options were issued under the Employee Option Plan 2006, following shareholder approval of the issue at the Company's AGM held on Friday, 28 November 2008. 

Mr Schultz's holdings in the share capital of the Company are now as follows:-
