DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDING 

Mr Stuart Bottomley, a director of the Company, sold a total of 100,000 fully paid ordinary shares on 23 December 2009. 

Following this transaction, Mr Bottomley's holdings and those of his connected persons in the share capital of the Company are as follows:-
