Notice of Annual General Meeting

Centamin Egypt announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at the Bishopsgate & Chancery Rooms at the Andaz Hotel, Liverpool Street, London, United Kingdom on Friday, 27 November 2009 commencing at 11.30 am (London Time).

The Notice of Meeting will be posted to all shareholders on Tuesday, 27 October 2009, along with a copy of the 2009 Annual Report to those shareholders who so requested.
