                          Application for Block Listing
                                        
                        Centaur Media plc (the 'Company')
                                   
     
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for a block listing of 1,430,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") in respect of the Centaur Holdings plc Share Option
Plan 2004.

It is expected that the Ordinary Shares will be admitted to the Official List
and trading will commence on 27 April 2007.

The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
