AGM Statement and Resignation of Non-Executive Director
At Centaur's Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions were passed.
The Chairman Graham Sherren announced that Alton Irby has decided to resign as a
director of the Company and not to seek re-election as a non-executive director
of the Company at the Annual General Meeting. The Resolution to this effect was
thus not proposed with the agreement of the meeting.
Graham Sherren said "Alton has made a significant contribution to the Company
during his period as a director. He has now moved to San Francisco to pursue his
interests there and he feels he is unable to continue to give the Company his
full commitment. On behalf of the Company, I would like to extend our warmest
thanks to Alton for his contribution and our best wishes for his future."
