                            AGM Statement

At the Company's  Annual General Meeting  held today all  resolutions
were passed.

A number of  changes have  been made  further to  the appointment  of
Patrick Taylor as  Non-Executive Chairman  from the  date of  today's
AGM.

The  Company  is  pleased  to  announce  the  appointment  of   Chris
Satterthwaite as the Senior Non-Executive Director of the Company, in
place of Patrick Taylor who has  stood down from that post. Chris  is
already a member  of the  Audit and Remuneration  Committees and  has
been a Non-Executive Director of Centaur  since I July 2007. His  new
appointment takes effect from today.

The Company  also  announces the  appointment  of Patrick  Taylor  as
chairman of the Nomination Committee. Patrick Taylor will stand  down
from both the Audit and Remuneration Committees during the early part
of 2010. The Nomination Committee  is currently looking to appoint  a
new independent  Non-Executive  Director  to  take  on  the  role  of
chairman of the Audit Committee.

The Company noted that an Interim Management Statement was issued  to
the market on 19 November and  a further pre-close trading update  is
scheduled for 8 January 2010.
