Centaur Media plc announces the publication of the Company's Annual Report for 2012 and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2012.

The Annual General Meeting will take place on 14^th November 2012 at 12.00pm at Wells Point, 79 Wells Street, London, W1T 3QN.
