Change of venue and time for half year results

Centaur Media plc (LSE: CAU), the business information and events group, announces that the venue and time of the analyst meeting for its half year results for the six months to 31 December 2011 on Thursday, 23 February 2012 have changed.

The analyst meeting will now be held at 11am at the offices of Numis Securities Ltd, The London Stock Exchange Building, 10 Paternoster Square, London, EC4M 7LT
