The Company announces that on 26 April 2007 the following executives were
granted conditional awards over ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company under
the terms of the Centaur Long Term Incentive Plan 2006 (the "LTIP"). The LTIP
was approved by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 4 May
2006.

No consideration was paid for the grant of the LTIP awards.
