Further to the announcement of 25th April the Company announces that on 24th
April the following executive was granted options over ordinary shares of 10p
each in the Company under the terms of the Centaur UK Sharesave Plan 2008 (the
"SAYE Scheme"). The SAYE Scheme is an HMRC approved all-employee plan, under
which SAYE options can currently only be satisfied using existing shares
purchased in the market. The Option price of the grants made was £0.647, a
discount of 20% on the share price determined at the pricing date.

The SAYE Options may be exercised within 6 months of the appropriate anniversary
date of the contract commencement date of 1st June 2008.
