In accordance with DTR 3.1.4, on 6 May 2008 the Company was notified that Mr.
G.V. Sherren, the Chairman of Centaur Media Plc had on 2 May 2008 purchased
25,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each. All the shares were purchased on the London
Stock Exchange for GBP 0.705 per share.

As a result of this transaction Mr G.V. Sherren is now interested in 8,514,309
Ordinary shares of 10p each in the company representing 5.968% of the issued
share capital.
