On 26 March 2008 the company was notified that Mr. J.P.E Taylor, a non-executive
director of Centaur Media Plc had that day purchased 50,000 Ordinary shares of
10p each. All the shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange for £0.81
per share and are held in the name of Brewin Nominees Limited.

As a result of this transaction Mr. J.P.E Taylor is now interested in 150,000
Ordinary shares of 10p each in the company representing 0.10515% of the issued
share capital.
