In accordance with DTR 3.1.4, the Company was notified today that Mr.
J.P.E Taylor, the Chairman of Centaur Media Plc, had that day
purchased 150,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each. All the shares were
purchased on the London Stock Exchange for GBP 0.475 per share and
will be held in the name of Brewin Nominees Limited.
As a result of this transaction Mr. J.P.E Taylor is now interested in
300,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the company representing
0.213% of the issued share capital.
