In accordance with DTR 3.1.4, the Company was notified today that Mr. G.T.D.
Wilmot, the Chief Executive Officer of Centaur Media Plc, had that day purchased
25,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each. All the shares were purchased on the London
Stock Exchange for GBP 0.67p per share.

As a result of this transaction Mr. G.T.D. Wilmot is now interested in 25,000
Ordinary shares of 10p each in the company representing 0.018% of the issued
share capital.
