On 15 July 2010 the company was notified that Mr. C. Satterthwaite, a
non-executive director of Centaur Media Plc, had undertaken the following
transactions:

27 February 2009 - purchased 95,942 Ordinary shares of 10p each. All the shares
were purchased on the London Stock Exchange for £0.2075 per share.

26 May 2010 - transferred 95,942 Ordinary shares of 10p each into his Self
Administered Pension Plan at a price of £0.4775.

As a result of these transactions Mr. C. Satterthwaite is now interested in
95,942 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the company representing 0.0681% of the
issued share capital.
