The Company announces that on 18 December 2012 Mr T.J Potter, a person discharging managerial responsibility in the Company, sold 40,000 ordinary shares of 10p in the Company at a price of 46.5 pence per share.

Following the disposal, Mr T.J Potter's holdings in the Company are as follows:
